Summary0002120: IC2 is being ignored by FML version 1.11
DescriptionAccording to the FML breaking change, modid should be lowercase.

[02:05:45] [Client thread/WARN] [FML]: * The modid IC2 is not the same as it's lowercase version. Lowercasing is enforced in 1.11
[02:05:46] [Client thread/INFO] [FML]: FML has found a non-mod file industrialcraft-2-2.6.167-ex110.jar in your mods directory. It will now be injected into your classpath. This could severe stability issues, it should be removed if possible.

 IC2 hasn't updated to 1.11.* and the 1.10 version definitely wouldn't work with 1.11 even if the mod was lowercase.

It will be updated in due time.
