This works for me. Are you sure all chunks the reactor and cables and other things are in are chunkloaded? Are you sure the Chunkloader is powered? |

Yes all things in chunk, chunkloader is powered. |

The reactor checks an 8 block "radius" (square) for being loaded before running. Is that full area covered by the chunk loader? |
