| Description | After updating IC2 from build 489 to 650 tin cables surrounded by CF foam (dry) would get bugged in my world.
They would now look like unconnected cables (just small cubes in the middle of empty block) and the CF powder stone would be invisible.
They become unbreakable in a way that they would disappear after braking or sometimes they would drop cable or reconnect but I would not be able to step in that block any more (pushed back/lagged like).
They would still work as in transferring EUs.
This is what I can find in my logs:

| Steps To Reproduce | Try version 489, make a tin cable path and cover with CF foam, wait for it to dry/use sand.
Now update to 650; the cables should be bugged. |
