Summary0002197: 5-block-long tin cable has no energy loss
DescriptionI placed a solar panel (producing packets of 1 EU/t) and a batbox receiving the energy at different block distances, connected by (insulated and not insulated) tin cable.

For tin cable distances between 0 and 4 the energy loss for packet is 0.2 EU/t/block, as expected. However, when the cable lenght is 5 blocks the energy loss is reduced and only 0.5EU/t are lost. For cable lenghts between 5-9 the energy loss ranges 0.5-0.9. At cable length >= 10 blocks no energy is stored in the batbox.
Steps To ReproducePlace a solar panel, attach tin cable (insulated or not, it doesn't matter) and make it 5 blocks long. At the end place a batbox for storing the energy. One should expect all the energy to be lost. However, no energy is lost.

That's a side effect of the solars falling back to sending 2 EU packets every 2 ticks instead, we'll have to limit them to 1 EU packets only.
