Summary0001101: [IC2 EX 505] Liquid Heat Exchanger has Overlapping Tooltips
DescriptionAfter placing any number of Heat Vents in the Liquid Heat Exchanger, the tooltip alerting the player that Heat Vents can be added still appears when mousing over the added Heat Vents, along with the Heat Vents' own "Heat Vent" tooltip. They overlap, making the former unreadable.
Steps To Reproduce1: Place Liquid Heat Exchanger (LHG).
2: Add Heat Vents to their respective slots in the LHG.
3: Move cursor over the Heat Vents.
4: Observe as both tooltips show up and overlap.
