| Description | Destroying a block in the pressure vessel causes all vents and heat exchangers to drop inside the reactor. this is true for the hatch, fluid port and generic fluid vessel. i'm hoping this isn't intentional. :( | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | build full reactor place vents and heat exchangers in the reactor destroy one of the exterior blocks. you will find the plating and fuel still in the reactor, and all the vents and heat exchangers sitting in the pressure vessel, outside the reactor.(a pain to get to) | ||||

version ? and are vents / heat exchangers damaged ? the System hava a littel exploit block.. all part the can Store Heat (vent / heat exchangers/ CoolingCells,..) get a marker if heat(damage) > 0.. that is necessary to prevent heatup CoolingCells in EU-Reactor (make x EU) and then move to Fluid Ractor to cooldown and make more EU.. |

version is 2.590 heat exchangers and vents retain their heat if the reactor is damaged this way. also, i was using diamond heat exchangers and OC vents. sometimes i can place them in the reactor, sometimes i can't. tooltip says i'm not supposed to be able to. i also can't get that tooltip to appear consistently, and had difficulty in reproducing this issue in a step-by-step manner. all of this is in creative mode. i believe i was the one who tried this exploit origionally :P edit: got the tooltip to appear, it only does when the reactor is in EU mode, and only after a few seconds of hovering. part is not ejected when the reactor is completed, and can be placed in a completed reactor fairly easily. |
