Summary0001520: Unreasonable memory usage in uu-world-scan
DescriptionRunning /ic2 uu-world-scan even with the "small" option sends my memory usage through the roof.

My test world has barely over 2000 chunks (13MB on disk). Memory usage (180MB in idle mode; no chunks loaded) will steadily climb until it apparently hits the JVM limit around 1635MB and gets stuck. This happens at 78% when I do a small scan, and 12% for a large scan.

This doesn't seem right. I haven't looked at how the scan operates yet, but surely it should be able to free and reuse some memory when it finishes with a chunk?
