Description | Nuclear fuel rod depletion appears to have an off by one error. Quad fuel rods surrounded by thick neutron reflectors always leave the reflectors with one tick of life left when the rods convert to depleted. This is probably because the rods decrement their durability, then check of it has reached zero and convert to depleted prior to emitting the final pulse, so the final pulse is never emitted. The pulse should be emitted first, then check for zero durability and convert to a depleted rod.
