Summary0001741: Unable to put coolant cell into the fluid reactor
DescriptionUnable to put coolant cell or universal fluid cell with coolant into the fluid reactor after I updated my IC2 from build 0000774 to 0000781. But even if I created a new save, the bug still exists.

I used pound sign in the description and the text went wrong. The description should be "Unable to put coolant cell or universal fluid cell with coolant into the fluid reactor after I updated my IC2 from build 2.2.774 to 2.2.781. But even if I created a new save, the bug still exists."

Maybe there are some mistakes in my English expression. I'm sorry for that.

running industrial craft with map writer and NEI
cant put in coolant except through bug.
The reactor must be cold, put in Hot coolant from universal cells into the reactor.
this will put hot fluid in the cold side of the reactor, next break one block of the reactor than put it back at which point the fluid will transfer into the hot side and the reactor will be ready to run.
