Summary | 0001813: Resource pack override ic2's sound files causes crash
Description | Version used: industrialcraft-2-2.2.804-experimental Using a resource pack to override the IC2 sounds specifically will crash the client.
Steps To Reproduce | Apply the included stripped resource pack which actually contains the same ogg file from within the original jar file (to exclude .ogg file format incompatibilities) Tested with a variety of other mods which did use the formatting listed in "additional information".
Additional Information | This seems to be because in the .jar file the IC2 sounds do not reside within the assets folder but instead are in the root folder which makes it impossible to override the default sounds. Moving the sound files from ic2\sounds\ to assets\ic2\sounds\ would most likely resolve this issue and make it resource pack compatible. Installation of the resource pack is like any vanilla resource pack, extracting the files to the resourcepack folder (do not unpack into a folder, the folder is already contained within the rar file).
