The issue seems to be that the Iron scaffolds are using the same internal name as the wooden ones, but they have different block IDs -- Forge doesn't like it, since it tries to use the internal name as a unique key for finding block ID conflicts between, e.g., client and server. |

Fixed in 1.112.167, together with a lot of other things. |
