Summary	0001986: Chainsaw's sound didn't stop after thrown into chest from hand
Description	Chainsaw's sound would not stop if I hold it on my hand, use right click to open chest with chainsaw in hand, and then put it in chest. My ic2 version is 2.6.54-ex110, sorry but i cant set "Product Version" above.
Steps To Reproduce	1. a new installation of minecraft, forge and ic2, a new world, putting a chest, given a chainsaw; 2. hold the chainsaw on hand; 3. open the chest, with chainsaw on hand; 4. put chainsaw to chest, and close chest, you can still hear the chainsaw's sound
Additional Information	there were some other problems with chainsaw's sound (like no sound when hold on hand) in some conditions i had encountered for few times, but i dont know how to reproduce them.
