Summary0002131: Using treetap on any boozebarrel (filled, emptied, new) results in a crash.
DescriptionAs described in summary. Minecraft crashes when using a treetap on any booze barrel. Additionally, picking up a filled booze barrel results in a missing texture (Black & purple checkers. Currently using a resource pack from PureBDcraft).

Crash log from Minecraft launcher produces this error:
The game crashed whilst unexpected error
Error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: unchanged facing

No other issues encountered as of yet.
Steps To ReproducePlace a booze barrel down as is normal (scaffold then barrel "in" the scaffold). Attempt to use treetap.

Minecraft: 1.8.9
Forge for Minecraft 1.8.9: 11.15.1.1902 via installer
IC2: 2.3.262-ex18
Buildcraft: 7.8.2

Running game on a server with the 64-bit flag set on launch. Version of installed server mods:

Server remains active and unaffected after crash. Have not tried when others are connected to the server yet.
