Summary0002174: A couple things related to Water Mills
DescriptionI know Water Mills are deprecated but here are a couple things I noticed anyway:

Water Mills take a while until their sound effect starts playing.

When filled, the GUI looks weird.

 The sound delay is just an anti-lag measure, because they check less frequently the sound is only activated/deactivated when it checks.

The dodgy GUI however is a bug, and is fixed in IC2 2.6.20
