Summary0002189: Unequal Obsidian Plate Recipe
Description Simply the Obsidian Plate has 2 unequal recipes where one gives only 1 plate and the other 9. With the Block Cutting Machine you get 9 plates from a single block of Obsidian, while in the Compressor you get 1 plate for 1 dust, which as you probably know, is the equivalent to 1 block of Obsidian.

I think that's the point... Why else would you want a Block Cutting Machine?

Rebalanced to only produce 4 in IC2 2.8.85, 9 is a bit much to say it's a single block of obsidian
