Summary0000022: Night Vision googles
DescriptionThey don't give off nightvision effect during daytime in dark places.
It is supposed to work anytime as we can drink nightvision potions during day and see perfectly inside caves.
Steps To ReproduceTry mining during day, it won't activate and you still get blindness effect.
