Summary	0002247: low fps/lag with low shared energy
Description	Low fps/lag happen when their is energy sharing with multiple machines. It only happens when there is a fight between machines being used at the same time when there is not enough energy for all working machines. Problem goes away when enough energy is available for all working machines.
Steps To Reproduce	Setup multiple machines on the same cable(copper, gold, etc). Use a generator or other low energy producing machine. Use wood or other low burn sources to help reproduce for generator. Try using all machines(blast furnace, macerator, extractor, metal former, compressor) at the same time. Add a few solar panels to give some small energy across the line, wait for night fall. Let energy run low/out. When the energy runs low the issue starts to happen, it appears as if the machines are fighting for the energy. It is only fixed if the machines are manually stopped, machines finish processing, or enough energy is provided. This lag issue will cause a 20fps drop and make the game unplayable.
