DescriptionIt seems that all normal cells are gone now, and there is no longer something called compressed air cell to be used with scuba helmet.

The scuba helmet looks for any fluid container that has IC2's air in when necessary, so a universal fluid cell of it will work just like how the old compressed air cells used to.
