Summary0002577: The "old" wrench takes 10 damage instead of 1 when mining a machine
DescriptionI haven't tested in older versions yet, but this is the case in industrialcraft-2-2.8.171-ex112. If this is intended then I'll go to update the wiki page. Rotating machines still takes 1 damage.
Steps To Reproduce1. In creative mode, place some machines, get an "old wrench" from the creative inventory
2. Change into survival mode, and mine those machines with the wrench
3. Observe the durability used

This is probably a feature nicked from Gregtech, whether it is intentional or not isn't clear though
