Summary0002679: Machine doesn't explode if re-connected to higher voltage
DescriptionThe machine doesn't explode if you first connect it to it's normal tier, and then re-connect it to a higher tier it shouldn't be able to run on. It can still operate.
IC2 build: 2.8.197
Steps To Reproduce1.Get a machine (for example a compressor)
2.Connect it to itps normal voltage (32 EU/t)
3.Disconnect cable
4.Connect it to high voltage
5.It doesn't explode

I did some testing on an older ic2 build (109) (addons dont work with the newest builds). It looks like this bug only affects ic2 machines. Machines from addon explode as they're supposed to.
