| Summary | 0001026: IC2 interferes with Botania | ||||
| Description | When playing IC2 with Botania (Beta 21) on MC 1.7.2 you cannot craft manasteel. Manasteel is crafted by throwing an iron ingot inside of a mana pool. It then turns into manasteel. However, with IC2 installed the iron ingot just sits there and does nothing. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | install both IC2 and Botania and attempt to craft manasteel. | ||||
| Additional Information | I have already reported this to the author of Botania and they report that the problem is on the IC2 side of things. | ||||

The devs have a lot on their plates, but would be more likely to look at this if you can find some more information on what is going on. Specifically, if the Botania author has any idea what mechanism they use that IC2 could be interfering with, or at least how he knows it is IC2's fault. It could be something like Forge item naming schemes that one mod or the other is not complying with. |
