| Description | It's impossible to build a pump. I'm playing on a single player minecraft map. I've tried building it using the "new" water cells (built using glass pane). It just doesn't output anything, that simple. | ||||

You have to use the old style cells. You make them by putting tin plate in the Metal Former on "wire" mode. You should get Not Enough Items (NEI). That is pretty much the only place the new recipes are documented. |
