Summary0001095: Reactor continues to heat up with rods removed and off
Descriptionthe reactor continues to heat up after turned off and the rods are removed.
Steps To Reproducebuild full pressureized reactor

place a quad uranium in the lower right hand corner, and a single above it
place a few reactor heat vents in the first few slots across the top

pulse the reactor long enough to get about 10% core
run 1k coolant through the reactor, then place and remove a thermal plating.

the reactor core will start to heat up while off, removing the fuel rods does not stop this.
