Additional InformationAlso, windmill rotors continue to spin, even when the game is paused in single player, although it is only visual, so don't generate power or get damaged.

fixed in next Build ...rounding error made it impossible to fill Buffer 100%

(rotors continue to spin, even when the game is paused)
its only visual an look nice in background no change required
