You can, you just need to get a canning machine, put water into the left tank and put lapis dust in the middle slot. As long as you put a normal empty cell in the top left slot and give the canning machine some power, you'll get 1 Coolant Cell per lapis dust and bucket of water. |

Now I have a canning machine but i cant insert the Lapis dust :( (I use the fluid enrich mode) |
