Bottom line: Looks like exchangers shuffling heat around are still pushing heat into the reactor indefinitely after the reactor is shut off. Alternatively, or maybe in conjunction, may have something to do with breaking the multiblock and rebuilding during operation. | ||||

need a world download with the setup... However the components need a long time to cool down and 10% core the of a full Size reactor are ~1000hU |

World attached. There are several setups in the MCEdit-pruned region. The easternmost reactor (with signs) is the one. It's off, and is at 0% Core Temp, but constantly producing 58hU/t. Let me know if you don't see it producing 58hU/t or if MCEdit Pruning otherwise violates the integrity of this sample; I doubt MCEdit pruning would interfere, but I can upload an un-pruned save to dropbox if necessary. |
