Summary0000116: Copper, tin don't give experience when smelted
DescriptionTo be consistent with normal Minecraft ore blocks, tin and copper should give experience orbs when smelted.
Steps To Reproduce1. Smelt some iron or gold ore, and note that experience orbs appear when the ingots are removed from the furnace
2. Do the same with tin or copper ore, and note that no experience is given

For me, the last few 1.12 builds have been varied as to which ingots will give experience from smelting (easily seen in JEI), but the changes only happened with several other mods installed. First iron would give xp but copper/gold/lead/tin would not, then only copper would, now only copper or tin does. When I tried to test with just IC2 and JEI, it stayed the same between multiple builds (only gold and tin failed to provide xp). I noticed that in furnace.ini, smelting ore blocks is set to give XP (while smelting crushed ores and dust is not), but net.minecraft.item.crafting.FurnaceRecipes maps the smelting XP based on *output*, not input.
