Summary0000135: Cables do not connect to reactor blocks
DescriptionIndustrialcraft cables don't connect to reactors or reactor chambers. This only happens when Buildcraft is also installed
Steps To ReproduceInstall Forge v6.4.1.411
Install Industrialcraft 1.109.113
Install Buildcraft 3.2.1
Additional InformationSee attached screenshot for proof. On the left is a reactor and reactor chamber, on the right is a mass fabricator (for comparison)

This issue was reported in 0000104, but the ticket was closed when it could not be reproduced.

Additionally, none of the blocks that use or store energy (machines, transformers, etc) are powered when placed next to an active/powered nuclear reactor (I checked to make sure it's using uranium)

Your IC2 is set to output steam from the nuclear reactor. Change that setting.

Thanks, I hopped on the esper.net IRC channel and someone addressed this. Specifically, it's the "enableSteamReactor" value, and it needs to be set to false. Note that a server can have one value, and the client have another, and the server still calculates block connections correctly, even though to the client it appears to be wrong.
