| Description | I discovered that a MFE puts out a redstone signal when it is on "put out when empty" even if it is halfway filled/not full but should only output when empty (probably when under 512) | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. place MFE 2.fill it with energy(NOT complete) 3.put the redstone behavior on "put out when empty" 4. notice a redstone signal where it shold not be | ||||
