| Summary | 0000148: Nano Suit and Quantum Suit seem to not be working |

| Description | I have crafted them in, cheated them in uncharged and charged, but they don't seem to be negating any amount of damage. (Just like not having any armor on.) I am also using a full set |

| Steps To Reproduce | Just try cheating them in via NEI or simply craft them. Then spawn in, or wait for night time and get hit by a mob. You should see that the mob will do the damage amount that they would if you had no armor equipped. |

| Additional Information | I am using the latest test version of Industrial Craft 2 found on the forums. I also have a load of other mods installed, but I don't think they should be causing the problem |
