| Description | Recipe for 10k Coolant cell (as shown by NEI) require 1 cell of IC2Coolant instead of the water cell. IC2Coolant can't be created through normal means. Without 10k cells working, it's impossible to craft overclocker upgrades, which seriously nerfs most machines (esp. macerator). Also impossible to use the new nuclear reactor system. | ||||

Chocohead is technically correct, but this should still be considered a bug that needs to be addressed. The Universal Fluid Cell and Empty Cell are visually near-identical, and may both be used to remove ic2coolant from the canning machine. However only using the Empty Cell creates the Coolant Cell needed for the 10k Coolant Cell recipe. A Universal Fluid Cell containing ic2coolant cannot be used in the 10k Coolant Cell recipe. This is very confusing and should be considered a duplicate item bug. |

I can reproduce this. Canning machine does not fill coolant from water with empty cell and lapis dust. Screen attached. |
