Summary | 0001512: Universal Cell don't work properly with buildcraft glass tanks
Description | IC2 Version: industrialcraft-2-2.2.660 Forge Version: forge-1.7.10-10.13.2.1286 BC Version: 6.3.1 Universal Cells in stacks (>1) do not interact with buildcraft glass tanks. A single Universal Cell can take liquid from a glass tank, but cannot put liquid into the tank. A single or stack of universal cells can place liquid directly into a pipe, up to the pipe's capacity for that tick(s). regular (1-use) cells interact properly with Buildcraft Glass tanks
Steps To Reproduce | place a BuildCraft glass tank. attempt to place liquid in the tank using a single universal cell attempt to place liquid in the tank using a stack of cells place water in the tank attempt to remove water using a single universal cell (this should work) attempt to remove water using a stack of empty universal cells (this should not work)

You set the product version to the wrong one (2.2.660 is 1.7.10, not 1.7.2 and older), and I get the same thing. Buildcraft tanks and universal fluid cells have never played nice. |

Universal cells were OK with BC tanks until our last update of BC..(Buildcraft 6.1.8 -> 6.2.6 ) After that, it stopped to work (until that, it was OK to put any mB into BC tank, now it is only full buckets(1000mB) I think it is probably on BC side, but who knows |
