I have the same issue with the range upgrade. All the items i need are in the crafting table but no item to get :( |

The range upgrade is from Nuclear Control, but that's beside the point if you can't craft a drill either. |

Does the turning blank you are using in the drill recipe say "Drill" in its tooltip? The second recipe isn't IC2's, it probably needs updating from the mod providing it. IC2's coolant cells now always have a metadata value of 1 if fully intact. |

I did try the drill recipe and it works just fine for me using the latest version. The issue must be elsewhere. |

What about another recipe that uses Iron Turning things, like the Mining Laser or the Kinetic Water Generator? |

This is a problem with the state->Meta mapping. It has the state 54321, but it has the meta according to the state 04321. |

Those items cannot be crafted. |
