Summary	0001772: Forge Hammer item from IC2 Exp in Project Bench from Project Red Mod dupe.
Description	MC: 1.7.10 Forge: 10.13.4.1517 IC2: 2.2.766-experimental I have ProjectRed and IC2 Exp mods and other... But, most: when I'm create any plates on Project Bench, uses Forge Hammer item, this item become infinite uses(all on screenshots). It's can be fixed? Or this bug by Project Red? Wire-cutter work correctly.
