Summary0000211: Core Induction and Recycler do not implement IC2 API correctly
DescriptionThe IC2 Induction furnace and Recycler do not seem to implement the energy net functions correctly. My server log is spammed with 20+ a second of the following as soon as the server is up.

This was working fine with no errors under IC2 1.110. All third party IC2 machines (including my own Advanced Power Management machines) seem to be working fine.

I have already removed and placed all of the Induction Furnaces and Recyclers I'm using but that did not fix the issue.
Steps To ReproduceLoad up a previously functional world with IC2 1.112 beta.

Forgot to add, I've gone through all of my mods and deleted any IC2 API files they may have been including so that the only API is the one in the Industrial Craft 2 jar.
