In 1.7 versions, you can heat up cold coolant and water in a heat exchanger when provided with external heat, but currently you cannot put these 2 fluids inside the heat exchanger.
I've checked the codes and it seems that these 2 recipes are there, so it's probably something else that is broken.
Additional InformationI'm trying to create a modpack which part of the content is based on a heat network using different heat sources and heat exchangers, with coolant as intermediate.

It could be caused by inputTank fluidPredicate only take into account of liquidCooldownManager, but no liquidHeatupManager at the same time.
