What drill are you using? Is it mining drill, diamond drill, or iridium drill? The first two can't be enchanted, which is intended behavior. The link below has explanations about it. https://forum.industrial-craft.net/thread/15497-enchantment-for-nano-armor-and-tools/?postID=215952&highlight=enchant#post215952 If you are using the iridium drill, you need to press the mode switch key (M by default) to enchant it. |

As Kris said, electric tools and armour are designed to not be enchantable (with the exception of the iridium drill which only supports the enchantments it already comes with). |
