Did this happen occasionally? Maybe it is because the wind is too small for the rotor to spin and you can use the wind meter to measure that. A wooden/iron rotor can spin when the wind is low and the tooltip can provide info about how much wind is required for a rotor to spin. If it doesn't work even in thunderstorms, then you might have to check whether the two machines connect properly. |

I did some testing in creative mode, and if the wind is too slow for the rotor (or the rotor is blocked), the bandwidth with be zero. Zero output indicates there's nowhere for the energy to go, and you just need to connect an MFE (or MFSU). |

MauveCloud is exactly right: bandwidth shows what the rotor is currently generating in KU whilst output shows what the kinetic generator is currently generating in EU. I'd suggest double checking all your cabling is connected. |
