Summary	0000266: Pump will not fill cells
Description	Playing on a multiplayer tekkit lite server 0.5.3 with railcraft added. Pump is placed over water, given power, end empty cells. The pump will fill with water and then nothing happens. Was able to reproduce in single player.
Steps To Reproduce	Build a platform over water. Place the pump. Place a chest and batbox beside the pump. Align the batbox to provide power to the pump. place a low voltage solar array next to the batbox. Place empty cells into the pump and/or the chest. Wait.

Geggo 2013-01-24 15:43 reporter ~0000674	Is your pump directly above a water sourceblock? Since as far as I know pump alone does not have any kind of pipe extending down to the water like buildcraft pump does.

Doczott 2013-01-24 17:16 reporter ~0000675	Yes. Reproduction of the issue was definately above a source. However, both pumps were some distance above it. As I assume this will consume water blocks like the BC pump, the water below will receed. Height above the water "should" not be an issue. Key word: should.

Geggo 2013-01-24 21:07 reporter ~0000677	Height above water IS and issue with IC2 pumps. pump needs to be on the next block above water otherwise it won't work. Only exception to that is when pump is working WITH a miner. And yes it will consume water blocks but only the one that is directly below it so it won't be sucking a huge lake dry. just make a 2x2 grid of water blocks and place the pump above one of the corners.
