| Description | When you use the crafting recipe with the uninsulated copper wire and rubber to make insulated copper wire it doesn't give you the achievement energy flow while the 6 rubber and 3 copper recipe will. | ||||

The achievement is supposed to fire on all kinds of cable. Not sure what you mean. |

Looks like he's saying that crafting recipe A will trigger the achievement, while crafting recipe B won't. |
