ive noticed this in 1.115.322 and 1.115.323 not sure about older builds as was using latest build for MC 1.4.7, just tried updated for 1.5.2

 From my testing (I was just updating mods on my server reboot) this is probably being caused by an api change causing other mods that are calling ic2 to generate the error.

[EDIT]

If I roll back version to 321, prior to the api update then I stop getting the error when I have Gregtech 3.05g included. That being said, It looks like the new inventory system in 315 may have affected the jetpack as it is no longer doing anything when it is worn.
