Summary0000432: IC2 ores rarely spawn on superflat preset worlds
DescriptionOn certain superflat presets, namely "Tunneler's Dream", "Overworld", and derivatives, there are regions of stone in which ores spawn. However, while vanilla ores spawn normally, IC2 ores only spawn within a few layers of bedrock instead of their usual distribution. I tested my setup and normally-generated worlds - those not made from a superflat preset - have the expected ore distribution.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a superflat preset world with a stone region between bedrock and about layer 64 - "Tunneler's Dream" and "Overworld" work.

2. Using mcEdit, view the "hidden ores" of the world underground. Note how copper, tin, and uranium are absent (on my computer, they usually appear as purple blocks). Compare with an ordinary-generated world which does contain these ores.
Additional InformationMy IC2 version is 1.115.341-lf. My forge version is 7.8.0.722. I also have Buildcraft installed, version 3.6.0 (31). I cannot confirm at this time whether oil spawns correctly or not.

IC2 scales the ore amount and distribution according to the world height which is obviously very low on these world types. It kinda works as designed, I may make it somewhat configurable though.
