Confirmation: I too have this problem with versions of IC2 experimental 2.0.253 - 2.0.297, multi- and singleplayer. Description: Boats from IC2 seems to moving spasmodically, actually don't move at all. On SMP another players can see that boat don't move and stays on starting point. When user of the boat dismounts, he "teleports" to that starting point (actually he doesn't teleport - he really was here). Boat seems to be inactive entity until user relogs (others still see it on starting point). Vanilla boats work as intended. Adding further confirmation on the boats in experimental not gaining any speed, as though they are hitting an object or something as such.
