| Description | While in creative mode, the damage value on the mining laser always stays at 1 (full), no matter the actual charge (as displayed in the tool tip). |

| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Be in survival mode
2. Obtain mining laser
3. Charge to full
4. Use laser until about half empty
5. Note that the bar is about 50%
6. Enter creative mode
7. Continue using laser until it stops firing
4. Note the tooltip which shows the tool is empty, but the bar still says 50% |

| Additional Information | I tested with other tools (eg, electric wrench, electric drill, etc), but I only noticed the laser being affected. And, only in creative mode. |
