Your miner appears to be in the middle of a field, are you sure there's actually any water what the miner should be draining? ps. Also works just fine on my world for both lava and water. |

Pump works fine in my world for water and lava when the Miner is being used with a drill, pipes, scanner and power. |

I would suggest that the bug is that the UI for the pump is confusing. It should, perhaps, not "fill up" until there is actually some kind of liquid. |
