Why you want to breed anything when have creative mode? |

Even with a clean setup (IC2 1.108.71-lf and Forge 6.0.1.355) i got the same issue. |

Can't confirm. It happends if you spawn cells with NEI since they don't have NBT tags like made cells have. made cells have :9999 value that counts to 0 and theyr done. |
