| Description | In fact of BuildCraft is a common mod along with IC2 there should be a cross-mod for converting power between IC2 and BC4. Based on this thread http://forum.industrial-craft.net/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=5789 the ratio should be MJ 2 : 5 EU. I would write this mod myself cause I'm a experienced Java developer, but sadly there are no tutorials to get started making a sub-mod to IC2 nor for BC4. Referring to the linked thread 6 blocks in total might be enough : 3 blocks to convert LV, MV and HV based on ratio to BC-power an 3 blocks vise-versa. Maybe original author "Snyke" will give permissions to re-use some of her/his code and textures, as it seems she/he isn't developing this awesome cross-mod anymore. As I said : I would try it myself, but I need a kick-start how to start. I've followed the tutorial on Forge-Wiki, but it's just to basic to get really started with developing mods. At least : there is really no JavaDoc to use, neither for Forge nor for IC2 nor BC4. So if someone could provide me with needed information I might be able to do it myself, maybe work can be done in a team split to Forge, IC2 and BC4 and putting the parts together. | ||||
