Summary0000764: IC2 Hand held mining drill
DescriptionWhen I try to use the hand held mining drill it places a torch on the the spot i am for. the drill is fully charged and i have a fully charged bat pack.
Steps To Reproducei tried several times and it did the same thing. i removed the torches from my inventory and it placed nothing but did nothing also.

its is not a Bug...left click mine....right clock place torches...its a very coool feature
