Summary	0000087: Batpack not defined as damageable, prevents filtering by charge level.
Description	The batpack shows a damage value after its item ID but it appears that .isDamageable() returns false, preventing the damage value from being used to filter the item with the advanced wooden pipe in Buildcraft Additional Pipes. Checking some other items, it appears this is specifically related to the batpack (and possibly the other electric items), since wool, saplings, logs etc all filter correctly as well as vanilla tools at various damage levels. The issue appears to be specifically related to the .isDamageable method, as this is the check used to determine if damage values should be queried by buildcraft or skipped altogether.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Place chest 2. Put partially charged batpack into chest 3. Place advanced wooden pipe next to chest and add engine 4. Place fully charged batpack into the advanced wooden pipe and set it to require 5. Turn on engine 6. Partially filled batpack is extracted instead of left in chest
Additional Information	The batpack does not show a damage value at all when initially crafted and I suspect this would filter differently to the partially charged or fully changed ones, but when it is discharged it still has the damage bar at 0/60k, and this doesn't address filtering partially charged packs for whatever reason. The issue probably also occurs with the lappack, and possibly tools as well, though I have not tested this.
