Summary	0000919: Nuclear reactor stopped outputing power, even after rebuilt
Description	I have the basic setup for a nuclear reactor described on the ftb wikia connected to an mfsu using glass cabling that was working fine. I then connected a mass fabricator to the mfsu with glass cabling and left the reactor running as the mass fabricator was running. When the mfsu ran out of power the mass fabricator stopped working, so I removed the cabling. The mfsu no longer received power from the reactor, even though it was green and the uranium was only partially used. after fiddling with it I ended up making a whole new reactor, mfsu, uranium cells, and parts. I then connected these together with glass cabling, NOT with the mass fabricator, but I still am getting no power to the mfsu when the reactors on.
Steps To Reproduce	build a nuclear reactor with 2 overclocked heat vents, a component heat vent, and 3 uranium cells. next build a MFSU and glass fiber cabling. set up the reactor with a lever next to it and 1 glass cabling to the mfsu. fill up the mfsu. connect the MFSU with one glass cable to a mass fab. after 2 UU-matter is made, start reactor again. Let it run until the MFSU is empty (9 UU-matter and 99% of the next). Remove cabling between MFSU and mass fab. Reactors no longer are outputting power to MFSUs/MFEs using glass cabling. rebuild from scratch and try without mass fab. still no power.
Additional Information	I am doing this on a PVE/PVP server designed for less than 20 people.
